2. Replacement Policy for Damaged Items
We ensure that all orders are packed securely with bubble wrap and protective material to avoid any damage during transit. However, in the rare case that an item arrives damaged, the following conditions apply:
Eligibility for Replacement:
1. You must record a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package being opened. The video should:
- Show the outer packaging and seal intact.
- Capture the entire process without any edits or cuts.
- Highlight the damage clearly.
2. The video must be sent to us within 24 hours of delivery along with your order details.
Important Notes:
- Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- After verification, we will either replace the damaged item or offer a similar item if the original is unavailable.
- No refunds will be provided.
3. Online and In-Store Purchase Policy
- Orders placed online cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded at our physical store*.
- Similarly, products purchased in-store cannot be exchanged or returned through the online platform*.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders once placed and confirmed cannot be canceled or modified.
5. Responsibility for Shipping
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or redirected to another address.
